The Dog Shop will undertake to ensure that goods are delivered within the timescales stated.

The Dog Shop aims to supply all goods in a good condition and suitable for consumption. We will take no responsibility for any defect in the goods arising from wear and tear in transit, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party or use otherwise as instructed. If the goods supplied are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing or by phone within 24 hours.

If you have any complaint about the goods, you should notify us in writing or via e-mail within 10 days of the date you discovered the defect. We will endeavour to attend to any complaint to the best of our ability.
